Qualisino training meeting in 2021 was successfully held in Hangzhou from May 13 to 14. At the special training meeting, Ms. Li Yan, chief representative of Qualisino, Mr. Ding Ke, general manager of IFO Hangzhou laboratory, Mr. Wen he, quality manager of IFO Hangzhou laboratory, Mr. Luo Weiting, project manager of IFO Hangzhou laboratory, Ms. Shi Yumei, manager of IFO Hangzhou laboratory, Mr. Li Shaojun, deputy director of Guangya aluminum, Mr. manus, product manager of macmilos, Mr. Wang Chunfang, technical director of Nippon coatings, made various special speeches and reports.
On the day of the training, Ms. Li Yan shared the Qualisino development report, QUALICOAT standard 2021, inspection procedure document of spraying factory and powder test procedure document, introduced the development trend of QUALICOAT 3.0 and QUALICOAT, and also emphasized the new pretreatment process and QC approval process. Mr. Wen he explained the related test methods and new test requirements of QUALICOAT, qualiceco & qualand, introduced the Martindale test, and focused on the qualicoat3.0 test. Mr. Luo Weiting summarized the factory inspection report and the problems encountered in R1 inspection in the first half of the year. Mr. Ding Ke made a specific explanation on the updating of QUALICOAT quality standards, analyzed and compared the differences between national standards and AAMA, QUALICOAT standards. Mr. Li Shaojun shared the special research on the coverage rate of sharp corners. Ms. Shi Yumei introduced the research of corrosion mechanism for us. Mr. manus of Medusa introduced in detail how to select suitable passivation layer for aluminum alloy. Mr. Wang Chunfang from Nippon introduced powder coatings for building.
In the morning of the next day, we visited IFO Hangzhou laboratory, introduced each test equipment and operation method in detail, answered the problems you usually encountered in the laboratory operation, and shared their own experience. Finally, the practical operation was carried out in groups. After the operation, the training certificate was issued.
